I've been training and working with educators and organizations since 2007, with experience spanning classrooms, schools, corporations, and public health. What means the most to me is hearing from educators who say the training helped them rediscover the passion they once had for working with kids.
My goal is to give teachers practical, research-based strategies that transform the way they manage their classrooms, reducing disruptive behavior, strengthening relationships, and relieving the daily stress of managing difficult situations.
