My approach is practical and highly interactive, using real-world examples, discussion, and role-playing so participants aren't just learning concepts. They're practicing what to do when the conversation gets difficult, the behavior gets challenging, or the human side of the job gets complicated.
Because whether you're standing in front of 30 students or sitting around a conference table with 30 adults, you're still dealing with people. And people are complicated. That's where I come in.
